A bird dog is a person who finds off-market or distressed real estate properties and brings them to investors in exchange for a referral fee, helping both buyers and sellers connect.
HERE IS HOW IT WORKS:
1. FIND A PROPERTY
If you know of a house that looks vacant, distressed, or the owner might be interested in selling, write down the address, OWNER CONTACT INFORMATION, and any OTHER details you have. we buy distressed properties all over ontario.
2. SUBMIT THE LEAD
Fill out our quick form at the bottom of this page with the property address, owner’s info (if available), basic property description/condition, and your contact details.
3. We Put It in Writing
If the property looks like a fit, we’ll send you a simple referral agreement confirming that you’ll receive $1,000 if the deal closes.
4. We do the rest of the work
If it’s a match, we’ll reach out directly to the homeowner and work to put the property under contract.
5. We close THE DEAL
When we successfully execute the SALE of the property, we’ll finalize everything on our end.
